David Walter Mullett, 59 of Humphreys, died of a heart attack while at work Monday as coal inspector at Cannelton Coal and Coke Co.
Service will be at 2 p. m. Wednesday at Gamoca Baptist church with Rev. W. H. Sloan and Rev. Willie Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in Dunn cemetery near Montgomery.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Parma Mullett; two daughters, Mrs. Jennings Baker and Mrs. Gace Arbaugh, both of Gauley Bridge; two sons, Walter of Beech Glen and Leon of Carbondale; three brothers John and Albert Mullett of Williamson and Charles Mullett address unknown.
