She was a homemaker and a member of James Chapel United Methodist Church, Clintonville. Surviving: sons, Sandy of Caldwell, Nelson of Hix, Orval of Cleveland, N.C., Jesse of Severn, Md., Charles of Charlotte, N.C., Harry of Hemington, Ky., Willard of Ballard, Marion of Salisbury, N .C.; daughters, Mary Etta Bryant of Clintonville, Nora Frances Hughes of Phoenix, Ariz., Violet Guyton of Saluda, S.C.; 51 grandchildren; 40 great-grandchildren. Service will be 2 p.m. Monday at James Chapel United Methodist Church with the Rev. Ernest Martin officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Friends may call after 4 p.m. Sunday at Jack K.
