McKlewee Nickell, 88, Dies at Florida Home
MIAMI, Fla., Aug. 21 - (Special) - McKlewee Nickell, 88, of 2270 S. W., 24 Terrace, a former resident of Charleston, W.Va., and retired merchant, died here Tuesday in a hospital after an extended illness.
A native of Russellville, Greenbrier County, W.Va., he formerly owned and operated a business establishment at Lookout, Fayette County, W.Va.
He has resided here for the past several years, moving here from Charleston. He is a member of the Lutheran Church.
Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Luke Berry of Miami; and two sons, Charles of Lookout; and Sonnie of Huntington, W.Va.
The body is at the Philbreck Mortuary here and will be taken Thursday to the Degnan-Kittinger Mortuary in South Charleston, W.Va.

S. Charleston Rites Set for M. K. Nickell

LOOKOUT - Funeral services are to be conducted in South Charleston Sunday afternoon for M. K. Nickell, 88, former Lookout resident.
He died Tuesday evening in Miami, Fla.
The 2 p. m. services will be conducted in the chapel of the Scales Funeral Home in South Charleston.
He is survived by two sons, C. M. Nickell, of Fayetteville and S. H. Nickell, of Huntington; one daughter, Mrs. L. W. Burry, of Miami, Fla.
Nickell was born and reared in Fayette County but had lived in Florida for the past four years. He was a merchant at Lookout for a number of years.
