Joseph, 91 BUENA VISTA - Francis Wilson "Joe" Joseph died Wednesday (Oct. 22, 2003) at Mayflower Retirement Home. He was born June 16, 1912, at Staunton to Wilson O. and Katherine McGilvery Joseph. He was a retired area manager for Colonial Stores. He was preceded in death by two brothers and one sister. Survivors include his wife, Dorothy Bradshaw Joseph of Buena Vista; and one daughter, Jo Ann Yelverton of Buena Vista. A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Buena Vista Presbyterian Church. There will be no visitation. Bolling, Grose and Lotts Funeral Service of Buena Vista is handling arrangements.
