Patsy Wertz Bride-Elect Of Cpl. Howard
Mr. and Mrs. Walter Wertz of Roane Street are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Miss Patsy Ruth Wertz, to Cpl. Karl Edwin Howard.
Cpl. Howard, who is stationed at Sandia Base, Albuquerque, N. M., is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert E. Howard of Duo.
Miss Wertz is a graduate of South Charleston High School. She is a student at McHenry Modeling School and is employed at the Bank of West Virginia.
He is a graduate of Rupert High School, where he was active in football and basketball.
