  The Mountain Messenger, Lewisburg, WV, Online Edition, 2 October 2009 Alderson - Roberta Fleshman McClung, 88, passed away Monday, Sept. 14, 2009, at the Greenbrier Manor, Fairlea, after a long illness. She had been a resident of the Manor since 2004. Born Oct. 13, 1920, at Blue Sulphur Springs, Greenbrier County, she was the daughter of Lewis A. and Garnett C. Fleshman. Mrs. McClung was a resident of Alderson since 1939. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Lorenzo Ralph McClung, and daughter, Betty Jean Quillen. Mrs. McClung is survived by: two sons, L. Ralph McClung, Jr. of Alderson, and Gary L. McClung of Loudoun Co., VA; two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two brothers, Lewis Fleshman, and James Fleshman; and sister, Rebecca F. Lineberry, all of Alderson. Private memorial services were conducted at Wallace & Wallace Funeral Home in Lewisburg.
