BECKLEY - Glen Roger Gillespie, 50, of Beckley, formerly of Rainelle, died July 28, 1998, at home after a short illness.
He was a graduate of Rainelle High School, a U.S. Army veteran, a building contractor and member of Emanuel Baptist Church, Beckley.
Surviving: wife, Jo Ann Guinn Gillespie; sons, Rodney Brian Gillespie of Pittsburgh, Roger Dean Gillespie of Jumping Branch; mother, Lenora Gillespie of Rainelle; sister, Arlene Tincher of Smoot.
Service will be 2 p.m. Friday at Smathers Funeral Home, Rainelle, with Pastor Lyell Zickafoose officiating. Burial will be in Wallace Memorial Cemetery, Clintonville. Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. today at Emanuel Baptist Church and one hour prior to service at the funeral home.
