Charlotte Ann Selvey, 80, of Smoot passed away on Wednesday night, October 29, 2025 at CAMC, Greenbrier Valley.
She was born on April 7, 1945 at Amwell; she was the daughter of the late Joseph Cecil Boggs and Rovenia Frances Smith Boggs.
Survivors include her husband, Charles B. "Jasper" Selvey, III.
Graveside service will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday, November 1, 2025 at Wallace Memorial Cemetery, Clintonville with Pastor Billy Pate officiating.
