  The Charleston Gazette, 2 May 1978 CRAWLEY - Terrance Scott Blankenship, newborn son of Dale Robert and Darlene Shaffer Blankenship of Crawley, died Monday in Greenbrier Valley Hospital. Also surviving: brother, Dale Robert Jr. at home: grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Jess Shaffer of Charmco, Mrs. Josephine Blankenship of Rupert; great-grandmothers, Mrs. Merlie Blankenship of Kessler, Mrs. Mavis Chapman of Laurel, Md. Graveside service will be 1:30 p.m. today at End of Trail Cemetery, Clintonville, with the Rev. Houston Boothe officiating.
