MRS. MYRTLE PAINTER, 68, OF Prosperity, Raleigh County, died Tuesday in Cleveland Ohio Clinic after a long illness. She was born in Mount Hope. Surviving sons, Raymond of Nevada, Donald of Virginia, Robert of South Carolina, James of Prosperity; daughters, Mrs. Patricia Davie of Michigan, Mrs. Sondra Smith of South Charleston; mother, Mrs. Anna Acord of Michigan; brother, Alfred Acord of Maryland; sisters, Mrs. Norma Connor of Michigan, Mrs. June Humphreys of Texas, Mrs. Mary Connor, Mrs. Sue Facello and Mrs. Jean Henley, all of Michigan, Mrs. Ruby Kizer of Mount Hope; 17 grandchildren, four great-grandchildren. Service will be 2 p.m. Friday in Tyree Funeral Home, Mount Hope, with the Rev. Rudell Bloomfield officiating. Entombment will be in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens, Prosperity. Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
