DEATHS
John W. Collins
MILLERTON, March 14. - (Special) - Funeral rites were held Thursday afternoon at the Wheelock church for John W. Collins, 72 years old, who died last Sunday night. Rev. R. R. Craig, pastor of the First Presbyterian church at Idabel, officiated.
Pallbearers included Eugene Capps, Pierce Fields, Jerry Thompson, Bud Perrin, Rufus Fowler and E. E. Menton.
Burial was under the direction of the Coffey Funeral home.
Collins is survived by his wife, three daughters, Mrs. Ethel Blanton, Harlan, Ky.; Mrs. Stella Hack, Battle Creek, Mich.; Mrs. Lola B. Perkins, Millerton; six sons, Robert Collins and Curtis Collins, both of Harlan, Ky.; Thomas J. Collins, Ernest Collins and Paul Collins, all of Millerton, and Harvey E. Collins, and one sister, Mrs. Mattie Williams, Monroe, Mich., and 25 grandchildren.
