  The Charleston Gazette, 1 February 1999 RENICK - Ruth E. Burdette, 85, of Renick died Jan. 30, 1999, in Greenbrier Valley Medical Center, Fairlea, after a long illness. She was a lifelong resident of Renick and a former member of Morgan Memorial Methodist Church, White Oak. Surviving: sisters, Edna Eagle of Hope, Ark., Margaret M. Jackson and Alice M. Hanna, both of Renick; several nieces and nephews. Service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Wallace & Wallace Funeral Home, Lewisburg, with the Rev. Raymond Gau and the Rev. Leroy Crane officiating. Burial will be in Morningside Cemetery, Renick. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
