  Cincinnati Enquirer, Tuesday, 1 May 2001 http://enquirer.com/editions/2001/05/01/loc_kentucky_digest.html Two die in pickup crash SHEPHERDSVILLE - Two men died when their pickup truck ran off the road and crashed into a tree early Sunday in Bullitt County, authorities said. Michael Gray Knapp Sr., 36, of Hillview, and Donald Lee "Boo" Hazelwood Jr., 23, of Shepherdsville, were pronounced dead at the scene, said Deputy Coroner Glenda Heath. Mr. Knapp was driving and apparently lost control of his Ford pickup truck about 2:30 a.m. on Blue Lick Road in Shepherdsville, Mr. Heath said. Ms. Heath wasn't sure if the men were wearing seat belts. The half-mile stretch of road where the accident occurred has been the site of several fatal crashes in the past few years, Ms. Heath said.
