SANFORD, Samuel Franklin - 75, of Rainelle, died yesterday at the home of his brother, Johnnie of Rainelle, after a two year illness. He was a retired farmer. Surviving are four sons, Everett of Grafton, Elmer and Ermel, both of Rainelle, and Dennis of Charmco; two daughters, Mrs. Eunice Kenny and Mrs. Dicie Sims, both of Rainelle; two sisters, Mrs. Harry Lambert of Clifftop and Miss Kettie Sanford of Rainelle; two other brothers, Matt of Rainelle and Walter of East Rainelle; 21 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Service will be at 2:30 p.m. tomorrow in Little Creek Baptist Church at Rainelle. Revs. Joe E. Smith and Woodroe Beaver will conduct the service and burial will be in the church cemetery. The body will be taken from Nickell Mortuary of East Rainelle to the home of Mrs. Kenny of Rainelle at 4 p.m. today.
