Lawrence Billups, 36 years old, died in the Mullens hospital Thursday morning of a crushed chest. He was yard brakeman on the railroad and fell between box cars while at work.
Mr. Billups is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. John L. Billups, of Maynor, and the following brothers and sisters:
Frank Billups, Maynor; Howard Billups, Pax; Paul Billups, Maynor; and Mrs. Madge Gillum, of Maynor.
Funeral services will be held at his home at Cirtsville at 2 o'clock Sunday afternoon.
