- This cause having been regularly matured at Rules by service of process on the said defendant, and the filing of plaintiffs bill, came on this 9th day of Decr. 1893 to be heard upon the plaintiffs bill and the depositions of witnesses, and was argued by counsel, and the said defendant still failing to plead, answer or demure, It is adjudged ordered and decreed that the bond of matrimony existing between the plaintiff and defendant be dissolved that the plaintiff and defendant be divorced from each other a Vinculo matrimonii And the plaintiff here in Court waives all question at this time as to the custody of the children of the marriage, and this case is directed to be omitted from the Docket.
