BURLEY WILSON CRANE, 77, OF RUPERT, Greenbrier County, died Sunday in Humana Hospital Greenbrier Valley, Fairlea, after a long illness. He was a member of of Amwell Baptist Church and Midland Trail Quartet. He was a retired miner. Surviving: wife, Cora Hanson Crane; daughters, Jane Neff of Castle Hayne, N.C., Ruth Hamrick of Quinwood; stepdaughter, Carolyn. Wilson of Clintonville; sons, James Lee of Rainelle, Charles of Meadow Bluff; stepson, Craig Russell at home; stepmother, Lottie Crane of Rupert; sister, Thelma Dane of New York, Beulah Gubas of Norristown, Pa.; stepsister, Marjorie Bare of Rupert; half-brother, Billy Joe of San Antonio, Texas; stepbrothers, Ted Richardson of Las Cruces, N.M., Darrell Richardson of Vancouver, Wash.; eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; two step-grandchildren. Service will be 2 p.m. Wednesday in Amwell Baptist Church, Rupert, with the Rev. Donald Fields and the Rev. Paul Skaggs officiating.
