Ray Tuckwiller Has Fatal Attack
MCROSS (RNS) - A Greenbrier County man died Saturday morning in a truck accident near Richwood.
State police said Ray C. Tuckwiller, 54, of McRoss, a truck driver for the Johnson Trucking Co., died of an apparent heart attack while driving a truck in the Richwood area Saturday. Police said the truck plunged over an embankment.
He was a member of the McRoss Baptist Church, Ruritan Club of Clintonville and was a veteran of World War II.
Born Nov. 7, 1919, at Clintonville, he was a son of the late David and Gertrude Carr Tuckwiller.
Survivors include his wife, Edna; three daughters, Mrs. Jesse Copen III of Franklin, Va., and Dreama Gayle and Linda Gay, both at home; one son, Eugene, at home; three sisters, Mrs. Carrie Bryant, Mrs. Mable Legg and Mrs. Lizzie Robinson, all of Clintonville, and one brother, Lake of Boone, N. C.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Wallace and Wallace Funeral Home in Rainelle with Rev. Howard Harper, Rev. Robert Newcomb and Rev. Leroy Crane in charge. Burial will be in Wallace Memorial Cemetery at Clintonville.
