LESLIE G. "SAM' BURNS JR., 67, of Crawley, Greenbrier County, died Tuesday at home after a short illness. He was a farmer and an Army veteran. He was a member of Logan Baptist Church. Surviving: wife, Mildred Lees Burns; sons, John L. and Richard L., of Crawley, Samuel of Summersville, Robert L. of Yorktown, Va.; sister, Ann Jacqueline Lanham of Painesville, Ohio; 12 grandchildren Service will be 10 a.m. Friday at Wallace-Wallace Funeral Home, Rainelle, with the Rev. Leroy Crane officiating. Burial will be in End of the Trail Cemetery, Clintonville.
