FERGUSON - DAVIS MARRIAGE TAKES PLACE IN CALIFORNIA
Mr. and Mrs. Frank Davis of Long Beach, Calif., announce the marriage of their daughter, Naomi Jessie, to Ervin Russell Ferguson, of Birmingham, Ala., on Saturday, July 9, 1932.
The marriage was solemnized by the Rev. J. E. Williams, pastor, First Church of the Nazerene in the studio of K.F.O.X. during the "Little Church of the Fireside" hour.
The bride is a resident of Long Beach and was a student of Polytechnic High School. She was gowned in an afternoon dress of white silk flat crepe. Her hat was a small turban with a nose veil, and she wore a corsage of gardenias.
Her bridesmaids were Winona Kirkpatrick, gowned in yellow, and her sister, Dorothy Davis, in green crepe with corsages of sweet peas.
The groom Is the son of Mr. and Mrs. J. E. Ferguson, of Birmingham, and attended Woodlawn High School. He is attached to the U.S.S. Trenton. His attendants were two of his shipmates, W. C. Hough and W. R. Wright.
The young couple will be at home after July 18 at the New Castle Apartments in Long Beach, Calif.
