Miss Hayslette was born in Glen Wilton on January 24, 1924, and had lived here since the time of her birth. She was the daughter of Mrs Fannie Hayslette and the late S T Hayslette. She is surviving by the following brothers and sisters: Mrs Ethel Jett, Mrs Lettie Richmond, and Miss Thelma Hayslette and Ralph and Fred Hayslette, all of this place, and Whitmore Hayslette, of the U S Army stations in Louisiana. She was a member of the Methodist church, a member of the Young People's Sunday School class and also a member of the Young People's Circle of the Ladies Aid Society. Until the time of her illness she was active both the church and civic work in her community. She was also a member of the Senior Class of the Eagle Rock High School. Born May 24, 1936 at Williamsburg, he was the son of the late Lake Thomas and Polly Crookshanks Judy. Mr. Judy was retired from Bethlehem Steel and was a salesman for the Miller Auto dealership. He was also a member of the Moose Lodge and was a U.S. Air Force veteran. Ward, then started working at The Pocahontas Times in 1945 and worked for 61 years, setting ads, printing, and bookkeeping. She was a Presbyterian. Preceding her in death were her parents, four sisters, Arlene Camper, Ruth Dunbrack, Maxine Withers, and Viola Withers, and three brothers, Shannon Withers, Ivan Withers, Sr., and James Withers. She is survived by two nieces, Sue Withers Schultz and Michelle Withers; six nephews, Jerry Withers, Charles Camper, Ivan Withers, Jr., Brent Withers, Matthew Withers, Brett Withers; great nieces, Kristie Haskett, Jennifer Laner, Charlene Walker, Rachel Church, and Amy Schultz, and two great-great-nieces, Sierra Withers and Jada Church; six great-nephews, William Withers, Brian Withers, Benjamin Withers, Kevin Withers, Adam Withers, and Casey Withers, and two great-great-nephews, Nicholas Mospan and Benjamin R. Charles retired from Local 1269 Painters and Allied Trades in 2009. Throughout his life he enjoyed woodworking and spending time at home on projects with his wife and beloved pets by his side. He is survived by his wife, Annette R. Greninger; three daughters, Denise M. of Los Angeles, Calif., Vicki L. of Linden and Colleen A. of Turbotville; also two sisters, Suzanne of Williamsport and Becky of Montoursville; three brothers, James, Roger and John, all of Cogan Station; and four grandchildren. He was a local mechanic for most of his life and also a state park ranger, enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, hunting and camping. He was preceded in death by a sister, Delores (Deet) Eshbaugh and a grandson, Brandon Sheffer. He never knew a stranger. Raymond enjoyed working on the family farm along with his brothers and also at the family sawmill business, Hoff Brothers Lumber and Pallet Company. He loved hunting with his brothers in Maine. He was employed for 31 years with The Arundel Corporation also known as Florida Rock as a concrete truck driver. He was a founding member of the Winfield Community Volunteer Fire Department. He also enjoyed pulling tractors in local competition. Raymond is survived by his loving wife of nearly 62 years, Virginia (Ginny) Martin Hoff, his son, Raymond Michael Hoff and wife Carolyn and daughter Robin Lynne Hoff, all of Westminster; a sister Charlotte Ogle of Littlestown PA; and brothers James R. Hoff and Larry W Hoff and wife Diane, all of Westminster and numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by sisters Martha Catherine Hoff, Ruth Buckingham, Elsie Legore and Pauline Muller and brothers Francis Joseph "Bud" Hoff, Charles E Hoff Jr., Norman L. Hoff, and Ralph D. Hoff. Blagg, 81, a loving, wife, mother and grandmother, passed away peacefully at home Tuesday, March 1, 2005. Born May 11, 1923 in Morgantown, WV, she has been a winter resident of Melbourne since 1990. She worked as an inspector for Morgan Shirt Company. Margaret was preceded in death by her son, Walter Lee "Butch" Morton. She is survived by her husband, "Tom" Vinson W. Blagg of Melbourne; children, Melva Jean Tennant and lleen Matteo, both of Fairview, WV; Kathleen Casteel of Melbourne; Geraldine Milik and Joyce Eaglen, both of Morgantown, WV,; Michelle Fritts of Melbourne; 11 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. In accordance with her wishes, there will be no services. The family respectfully requests memorials be given to the American Heart Association.
