Judith Lee Nutter, 78, of Lewisburg, formerly of Rainelle, passed away on Monday, June 16, 2025.
She was born on August 7, 1946; she was the daughter of the late Frank Alderson McClung and June Bernice Walker McClung
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Staff Sgt., Arlington "Arlie" Ray Nutter in 2002.
Judith was a seamstress at the Rainelle sewing factory. She enjoyed spending time with friends and family. She attended Highland First Church of God when she was able.
Those left to cherish her memory are two daughters, Joy Nutter and Valerie Fitzwater; grandchildren, Justin Fitzwater, Courtney Fitzwater, Devon Fitzwater and Elizabeth Cutcher; six great grandchildren; sister, Jewell Sams; her caregiver, Kermit Claypoole; extended family and friends.
Service will be 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 24, 2025 at Wallace & Wallace Chapel, Rainelle with Rev. Vondie Cook, Sr. officiating. Visitation will be from 1:00 until time of service. Burial will follow at Wallace Memorial Cemetery, Clintonville.
