Burial will be in Grace Hill Cemetery. Mrs. Breland passed away Friday, October 10, 2008, at her residence. She was born June 27, 1934, in Lewisburg, West Virginia, to Merle and May Harvey. Mrs. Breland had been a resident of Longview since 1953, was a member of Walnut Creek Baptist Church and enjoyed fishing, traveling and cow shows. She was preceded in death by her parents; and two grandsons, David and Mason Breland. She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Arla "Bugs" Breland of Longview; daughter and son-in-law, Leona "Sis" and Billy Hamilton of Diana; son and daughter-in-law, Larry and Sherry Breland of Jefferson; sons, Gary Breland of Longview and Harry Breland of Diana; nine grandchildren, B.J., Larry Jr., Gary Jr., Kahey, Christy, Misty, Shonda, Adriane, and Laramy; 11 greatgrandchildren; sisters, Fay Yates and husband, Nelson, and Hattie Christian and husband, Jake; and brother, Bill Harvey and wife, Jean, all of West Virginia.
