Hanson (nee Meyers) beloved wife, mother, and grandmother and lifelong resident of Reisterstown, MD, passed away on June 1, 2023 at Northwest Hospital. Born November 12, 1938, she worked for many years as an LPN, and provided care to members of several of Baltimore County's more prominent families. She enjoyed traveling, gardening, crocheting, and spending time with family and friends. A true caregiver, she took joy in offering support and assistance to loved ones and other individuals in need. The daughter of the late Joseph L. Meyers and Eunice Hawley Meyers, she lived her entire life on the family farm, graduating from Franklin High School in 1956. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by siblings Joseph L. "Bubby" Meyers Jr., Helen C. Bertsch, and Ruth L. Turner; and first husband, Manley "Buck" Clatterbuck. She is survived by her loving husband of 25 years, Earl D. "Sonny" Hanson; siblings Edward G. Meyers, and Carolyn E. Pentzer; son, Daniel L. Clatterbuck and his wife, Cynthia; daughter, Sharon L. Evans and her husband, Greg; daughter Nancy R. Swiney; six grandchildren, Joshua Evans, Samuel Evans(Kirstie), Jared Daniel "JD" Clatterbuck(Mary), Madison Swiney, Nicole "Nikki" Clatterbuck, and Michael Swiney; and six great-grandchildren. Donations will be accepted in lieu of flowers to the Helping Up Mission in Baltimore.
