FALL FROM PORCH FATAL

WHITE SULPHUR, W. Va., Feb. 14. — Phillip Masters, 22 years old, died this morning at 7:30 o'clock in the Greenbrier Valley Hospital at Ronceverte from a broken neck received when he fell from a twelve-foot porch.
Funeral services will be held on Friday.
The accident occured [sic] at the Norelius farm Monday night. Mr. Masters suffered a fracture of the vertebra which paralyzed him, leaving him totally helpless but conscious.
His mother, Mrs. Andy Terry, two brothers, Lee and Parker Masters, his sister, Miss Mellessa Masters and his wife accompanied him to the hospital in another car.
