He was a lifelong resident of Williamsburg and a retired farmer. He is survived by his wife, Helen; two daughters, Mrs. Leona Deitz and Mrs. Ruth Deitz, both of Clintonville; and one grandchild. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m., at the Andrew Chapel, United Methodist Church at Williamsburg with Rev. Berlin Butcher in charge. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The body will be removed from Wallace and Wallace Funeral Home in Lewisburg to the residence today at 6 p.m., and will be taken to the church one hour prior to services.
