HAZEL C. GUTHRIE, 79, of Belleair died Monday at Mease Hospital Dunedin. A native of Calloway, Ky., she moved to the area in 1946 from Harlan, Ky. She was a homemaker, a Kentucky Colonel and a Protestant. She is survived by a sister, Edna Sentz of Sarasota; and several nieces and nephews, Moss-Feaster Funeral Homes, Fort Harrison Chapel.
