Myrtle Louise Ramsey

Myrtle Louise Ramsey, 79 years young of Winona, WV born March 4, 1935. Earned her wings and went with Jesus to her Mansion in Heaven on March 23, 2014 at Boywers Hospice House in Beckely WV following a short illness.
Myrtle was the late daughter of Giles and Elsie Akers. She is preceded in death by her mother and father, brother Phillip, sisters Norma, Fannie, Gay and Racine and a Grandson Tommy Franklin Ramsey (Petey).
Myrtle was a homemaker for many years also working in home health. She never knew a stranger and would strike up a conversation anywhere with anyone and always greeted everyone with a smile. She had a heart of Gold and a Smile that would light up the room.
Those left to treasure her memories are her brother Ugene and wife Belinda of Iowa and a sister Rose Ollis of Ohio her husband James Richard Ramsey (Rab) of Winona. Son Floyd Ramsey and fiance Jessie Ward, daughter Flora Diane Ramsey and husband Tommy of Edmond, son James Leaonard Ramsey and Zana of Winona, daughter Annette Lynn Ellison and husband John of Edmond; grandchildern Stephanie Syner, Shelia Carte, JJ Ramsey, Tara Ramsey, Hannah Bollin, Kenny Ramsey, Ricky Ramsey, Nicky Ramsey, John Dillon Syner, Jason Ellison, and Jarred Ellison; great-grandchildren Nathan Syner, Allison Syner, Devon Steele, Travie Carte and Deliah Ramsey.
Per Myrtle's final wishes there will be no services, burial will be at Restlawn Memorial Garden in Victor WV. In Lieu of flowers the family request that you remember her with a smile and pay a random act of kindness to a neighbor, friend or stranger.
