Obituaries
Nancy Ann Fornash
Nancy Ann Fornash, 64, of Savannah, and formerly of Elyria, died Wednesday at Samaritan Regional Health System.
Born in Elyria, she had been a resident of Savannah for the past 30 years.
Mrs. Fornash was a member of Savannah United Methodist Church, where she taught Sunday school and assisted with vacation bible school.
She was a former member of Savannah Historical Society, worked for the Ashland County Election Board, Savannah Precinct, volunteered at the local theater in Savannah and had helped organize the Memorial Day parade for the past 12 years.
Survivors include her husband, Forrest Fornash; a daughter, Connie Kendall of Savannah; father and stepmother, Melvin P. and Alice Smith of Ashland; and brothers John Smith of Springhill, Tenn., and Paul Smith of Elyria.
Friends may call 7 to 9 p.m. Friday and 10 a.m. Saturday until the time of services at 11 a.m. at Denbow-Primm-Kemery Funeral Home.
Burial will be in Savannah Cemetery.
