John Houston Osborne, 76, of Loveland, died Sept. 11, 1987, at Christ Hospital, Cincinnati. He was a 27-year resident of Loveland and was a retired coal miner. Surviving: wife, Atheline Rogers Osborne; son, John Roger of Louisville, Ky.; sisters, Virginia Wertz of Charleston, W.Va., Gertrude Morton of Rupert, W.Va., Cuma Mace, Violet Walkup and Marie Morris, all of Charmco, W.Va.; brother, Carl of Charmco. Service will be 2 p.m. Monday at Wallace-Wallace Funeral Home, Rainelle, W.Va., with the Rev. Willie Bailes officiating. Entombment will be in Wallace Memorial Mausoleum, Clintonville, W.Va. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
