CANFIELD, VIRGIL H. SERVICE WILL BE 2 P.M. FRIDAY AT Wallace-Wallace Funeral Home, Rainelle, with the Rev. Mike Edds and the Rev. Roger Tinnel officiating. Burial will be in Wallace Memorial Cemetery, Clintonville. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home. Mr. Canfield, 74, of Rupert, died Nov. 1 1990, in Memorial Division, CAMC, after a short illness. He was a disabled Marine Corps veteran of World War II and a survivor of Pearl Harbor. He was a member of Big Clear Creek Baptist Church, Rupert, DAV, VFW and Moose lodge. He was a retired barber. Surviving: daughters, Carla Edds of South Charleston, Ginger Epperson of Williamsburg, Va., Mary Graham of Beckley; sisters, Kay Thompson and Ruth Hicks, both of Charmco; brother, Claude Canfield of Auburn, Calif.; three grandchildren; two stepgrandchildren; one GREAT-GRANDCHILD; THREE STEPGREAT-GRANDCHILDREN.
