TINCHER, Robert Ray ? 46, of 2826 Macon Ave., St. Albans, died yesterday morning at his home of a heart attack. He was employed by Carbide and Carbon as a maintenance man. He was a member of Highlawn Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Ruth Tincher; two sons, Charles and Gary, both at home; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. N. Tincher of Rainelle; five brothers, Gordon of Elyria, Ohio, Frank of Rupert, B. L., Clyde and J. N. Jr., all of Rainelle; and a sister, Mrs. Lennie McGuire of Baltimore, Md. Service will be conducted at 2 p.m., tomorrow in Highlawn Baptist Church by Rev. Leroy Keeney. Burial will follow in Tyler Mountain Memory Garden. The body will be taken from the Alley and Casdorph mortuary at St. Albans to the church one hour before the service.
