  Sunday Gazette-Mail, Charleston, WV, 14 January 2007 Charles Eugene Belcher, 69, of Charleston, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, Jan. 12, 2007, at CAMC Memorial Hospital. He was a Navy veteran. He was a retired auto mechanic. Surviving are daughter, Lisa Belcher of Chattanooga, Tenn.; brother, Randal Belcher of Richmond, Va.; and a host of family and friends. The service will be 2 p.m. Monday, Jan. 15, 2007, at Hafer Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Paris Workman officiating. Burial will be at the Hughart Cemetery, Sissonville. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 14, 2007, at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be sent to Elkview Baptist Church, 910 Main St., Elkview, WV 25071. Hafer Funeral Home, Elkview, is in charge of the arrangements.
