  The Charleston Daily Mail, Charleston, WV, 1 July 1964 Virgil A. Tyree, 51, of Elkview, Blundon Route, died at his home yesterday evening following a heart attack. Mr. Tyree retired because of ill healt April 1 after 12 years with the Tennessee Gas Transmission Co. at Clendenin. Survivors: wife, Hazel; sons, Gilbert, Kermit, Timothy, Paul, Ruben and Allen Lee at home; daughter, Anna Marie at home; brothers, Ray of St. Albans, Richard and George of Charleston, Dale of Tampa, Fla., Clifford of Rochester, N.Y.; sisters, Mrs. Mildred Young or Tyler Mountain Road, Mrs. Shirley Tippie of South Charleston, Mrs. Barbara Belcher of Charleston, Mrs. Mina Lee Rhodes of Kenna. Service will be tomorrow at 2 p.m. in the Albert Myers and Son Funeral Home at Elkview, the Rev. Mike Moss officiating, with burial in Hughart Cemetery on Tuppers Creek.
