She was an employee of CASCI with 18 years' service and a member of Coco Advent Christian Church. Surviving: husband, Charles E. Belcher; daughter, Lisa V. Belcher of Charleston; brothers, George Tyree of Charleston, Richard Tyree of Cross Lanes, Ray Tyree of Titusville, Fla.; sister, Mina Rhodes of Charleston. Service will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Hafer Funeral Home, Elkview, with the Rev. Raphael S. Cavender officiating. Burial will be in Hughart Cemetery, Legg Fork, Sissonville.
