  The Charleston Daily Mail, 21 August 1985 THEODORE A. DOTSON, 87, OF Meadow Bridge, died Monday at home after a long illness. He was a retired employee of C&O Railway. He was a member of Meadow Bridge Baptist Church. Surviving: wife, Grace Walkup Dotson; daughter, Jessie McCade of Columbus, Ohio; sons, James of Rainelle, Raymond of Rome, Pa., Guy of Valley Mills, Texas, Robert, Carl and Curtis, of Winston-Salem, N.C .; brother, William of North Ridgeville, Ohio; 21 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren. Service will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in Smathers Funeral Home, Rainelle, with the Rev. C.H. Martin and the Rev. W.E. Southern officiating. Burial will be in Patton Memorial Cemetery, Meadow Bridge. Friends may may call from 6 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home. The family requests donations be made to the American Heart Fund.
