  Beckley Post-Herald, 12 July 1951 CHARLIE KELLY EXPIRES AT 57 LEWISBURG, July 11 ? Charlie E. Kelly, 57-year-old farmer of Muddy Creek Mountain, died in the Beckley Veteran?s hospital yesterday following an extended illness. He is survived by his wife, Lucille; his mother; four daughters, Helen of Alderson; Virginia, Mildred and Dorothy, of Lewisburg; one brother, James L. Kelly of Belleview, Fla.; three sisters, Mrs. Ethel O?Brine, of Ronceverte; Mrs. Virgil, of Lewisburg and Mrs. Burton Phillips, of Alderson. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday at 2 p.m. from Chapel on Muddy Creek Mountain with Rev. Stacey Groceup officiating. Burial will be in the Kelly Cemetery with Wallace and Wallace Funeral Home in charge.
