  West Virginia Daily News, Lewisburg, WV, 29 November 1982 John V. Hunter, 60, of Lewisburg, died Friday, Nov. 26, at home of an apparent heart attack. He was a retired plumber and an Amry Veteran of World War II. Surviving is his father, John P. Hunter, of Covington, Va.; three stepsons, Bill, Bob an Pat Rutherford, all of Lewisburg; one stepdaughter, Nancy Greene of Beltsville, Md.; two sisters, Mary F. Meyers of Ronceverte and Margaret Pickering of White Sulphur Springs; and three step-grandchildren. Services will be today at 2:30 p.m. in Jack K. Wallace Funeral Home in Lewisburg with the Rev. Leroy Crane officiating. Burial will be in Greenbrier Memorial Gardens in Lewisburg.
