38th Anniversary Slated By Couple
NIMITZ (RNS) ? Mr. and Mrs. Hamm Lilly of Fall Rock will observe their 38th wedding anniversary Tuesday. The couple was married July 24, 1924, in Tennessee.
Mrs. Lilly, the former Miss Gertrude Lilly, is a daughter of the late Richard and Minnie Rollyson Lilly. Her husband is a son of the late Alfred Green and Mary Etta Pack Lilly.
The couple has lived in Summers County all their lives and at their present home 26 years.
Lilly has worked as mail truck driver for the Post Office Department in Hinton and is now active in farming. They are both members of the Nimitz Missionary Baptist Church.
They have seven children, Palmer Lilly of Beckley, Frank Lilly of Fall Rock, Paul Lilly of Jumping Branch, Aubrey Lilly of Baltimore, Md., and Don, Luther, and Alzona Lilly all at home, and eight grandchildren.
