A GRADUATE of Woodrow Wilson High School in Beckley, Miss Richmond attends West Virginia Institute of Technology at Montgomery where she is majoring in chemistry and minoring in mathematics. Her fiance was graduated from Nuttall High School in Lookout and attended West Virginia Institute of Technology where he majored in musical education. He is attending the Journalist School of the U. S. Navy at Great Lakes, Ill. The Charleston Gazette, 14 September 1960 BECKLEY - Miss lona Zelda Richmond, daughter ol Mrs. Catherine Pallares and the late Emmet O. Richmond of Beckley, was married Sept. 4 to Lacy Preston Shawver, son of Mr. and Mrs. L. M. Shawver of Smithers.
