  Post-Herald and Register, Beckley, WV, 12 Jun 1977, p. 5, col. A Ken Johnson, 71, of Springdale, died Friday in a Rupert rest home after an extended illness. Born April 15, 1906, at Sewell Station, he was a son of the late Jacob and Maudie Hunter Johnson. He was a retired miner. Surviving are three brothers, Isaac, Carl and Harry, all of Rainelle. Services will be today at 2 p.m. in the Wallace and Wallace Chapel, Rainelle, with the Rev. Robert W. Grimmett in charge. Burial will be in the Lowery Cemetery at Springdale.
