CROUCH'S FARM - Nancy Icie Clay Forren, 89, passed away Thursday, Sept. 13, 2001, in Huntington following a short illness. Born April 4, 1912, in Sand Lick, she was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Goff Clay of Beckley. Mrs. Forren was a lifelong resident of Wyoming County and a member of Clear Fork Valley Baptist Church. She was a homemaker. She will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend. She was preceded in death by her husband, Orlie Forren; and a son, Robert Farren. Survivors include two daughters, Gale Ward and her husband, Roger, of St. Albans and Neva Baldwin and her husband, Gary, of Huntington; two sons, James Farren and his wife, Linda, of Oceana and Glen "Butch" Forren and his wife, Claudia, of Kopperston; a daughter-in-law, June Farren of Clear Fork; 14 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews and a host of friends. Private graveside service will be Sunday at Wallace Memorial Cemetery, Clintonville, with the Rev. Erwin Gregory officiating. Friends may call 6 to 9 p.m. today at Calfee Funeral Service Chapel, Pineville. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Clear Fork Valley Baptist Church, P.O.
