NIMITZ - Joseph C. Cadle, 65, of Sand Knob Road, died Saturday, May 16, in a Summers County hospital after along illness.
Born Sept. 5, 1921, at Nimitz, he was the son of the late Lewis Edward and Lillie Huffman Cadle.
Mr. Cadle was a lifelong resident of Nimitz, attended the Sand Knob Methodist Church and was a farmer.
He was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters.
Survivors include two brothers, William D. Cadle of Nimitz and David Johnson Cadle of
Princeton, and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be Monday at 1 p.m. at the Sand Knob Methodist Church at Nimitz with the Rev. Darrell Hamm officiating. Burial will be in the Cadle Family Cemetery at Nimitz.
Friends may call at the home of Joseph G. Williams at Nimitz after 5p.m. today and at the church one hour prior to services.
Pallbearers will be William Riley, Hiram Franklin and John Lewis Williams, and Billy Joe, James Robert and James Dale Bowles.
The Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors an Hinton is in charge of arrangements.
