SINKS GROVE - Frances Lee Nutter, 68, of Sinks Grove died Dec. 24, 1999, at home after a long illness.
She was a four-year resident of Sinks Grove, was a Methodist and a homemaker.
Surviving: husband, Donald R. Nutter; daughters, Dianna Bower and Johnna Lee Nutter, both of Raleigh, N.C.; sons, Donald "Dusty" Nutter of Kernersville, N.C., Darrell V. Nutter of Roanoke, Va.; sisters, Norma Jean Hellems and Shelva Jean Boothe, both of Quinwood, Juanita "Gig" O'Dell of Rupert, Donna Ninetta McClung of Fairlea; eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
Service will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Wallace & Wallace Funeral Home, Rainelle, with the Rev. Houston Boothe officiating. Burial will be in Wallace Memorial Cemetery, Clintonville. Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Duke Cancer Research, Box 3843, c/o Duke Medical Research, Durham, NC 27710.
