  The Charleston Gazette JOSEPH EDWARD "BOY" WILLS, 77, of Arnett, Raleigh County, died Aug. 19, 1992, at Raleigh General Hospital, Beckley, after a short illness. He was a farmer and a retired bus driver for Raleigh County Board of Education with 13 years' service. Surviving: wife, Roberta Brown Wills; daughter, Kathy Hollandsworth of Arnett; son, Joe of Arnett; sisters, Edna Wills, Jessie Pettry and Sylvia Tabor, all of Arnett; one grandchild. Service will be 2 p.m. Saturday at the Wills residence with the Rev. Samuel Meadows and the Rev. Michael Pettry officiating. Burial will be in Wills Cemetery, Arnett. Friends may call after 6 p.m. today at the residence. Armstrong Funeral Home, Whitesville, is in charge of arrangements.
