RAINELLE - The funeral for Oliver Josephus Murphy, 62, of Leivasy, Nicholas County, will be Wednesday at 2 p. m. in Wallace and Wallace Funeral Home here with the Rev. Lawrence Dorsey in charge and burial in Wallace Memorial Cemetery at Clintonville.
Mr. Murphy, a disabled miner, died Sunday at the Beckley Appalachian Regional Hospital.
Survivors: wife, Josie O'Dell Murphy; daughters, Mrs. Donna Jean Richmond of Medina, Ohio, Mrs. Dorothy Ruckman of Leivasy; sons, Willard of Cleveland, Ohio, Bob of Lansdale, Pa., James of Leivasy, Bill at home; stepdaughter, Mrs. Louise Duckworth of Leivasy; stepson, Willis Dorsey of Rainelle; sisters, Mrs. Pearl Urquhart of Jensen Beach, Fla., Mrs. Maggie Bays of Quinwood, Mrs. Laura Brown of Nettie; brother, Lonnie of Jetsville.
