CLYDE COOPER TINCHER, 69, OF Rainelle, died Dec. 3, 1991, at home after a long illness. He was a disabled Navy veteran of World War II and a member of Lilly Valley Baptist Church, Rainelle, where he was deacon, treasurer and adult Sunday school teacher. He was a member of VFW No. 4484 and retired from Smathers Funeral Home. Surviving: wife, Leora Ford Tincher; daughter, Gail Fox of Maplewood; sons, Dale of Raleigh, N.C., Denny and Donnie, both of Covington, Va.; sister, Minnie McGuire of Baltimore; brother, Junior of Rainelle; foster brother, Ernest Osborne of Rainelle; six grandchildren; two stepgrandchildren. Service will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Lilly Valley Baptist Church with the Rev. Jack McGrew officiating. Burial will be in End of the Trail Cemetery, Clintonville. Friends may call from 7 to 9 today at Smathers Funeral Home, Rainelle.
