  The Charleston Gazette, 17 November 1999 ROANOKE, Va. - Esther Elizabeth Eppling, 86, of Roanoke, formerly of Winona, W.Va., died Nov. 14, 1999, in Roanoke Memorial Hospital after a long illness. Surviving: daughter, Shelby Blankenship of Knoxville, Tenn.; sons, Edward, Levi and Kenny, all of Roanoke; sister, Katherine Lane of Vienna; seven grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild. Service will be 2 p.m. today at Wallace & Wallace Funeral Home, Rainelle, W.Va., with the Rev. Bill McClung officiating. Burial will be in Amwell Church Cemetery, Crawley, W.Va.
