  The Beckley Register-Herald, 26 Mar 2002 Jessica Ellen Phipps HINES - Jessica Ellen Phipps, 15, passed away Friday, March 22, 2002, at her home following a long illness. Born July 4, 1986, in Fairlea, she was a daughter of David W. Phipps of Hines and Julie A. Drennen Phipps of Hillsboro. Jessica was a student at Western Greenbrier Junior High in Rupert. Survivors include a sister, Ashley A. Phipps of Hines; two brothers, Ulysses S. Phipps of Hines and William D. Phipps of Charmco; and her grandmother, Thelma Drennen of Hines. Service will be 11 a.m. Monday at Wallace and Wallace Funeral Home Chapel, Rain-elle, with the Rev. Mike Tincher officiating. Burial will follow in Wallace Memorial Cemetery, Clintonville. Friends may call 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home. Arrangements by Wallace and Wallace Funeral Home, Rainelle.
