  The Charleston Gazette, 13 September 1987 JETER, Charles Edmund Memorial graveside service will be 2 p.m Monday at End of The Trail Cemetery, Clintonville, with the Rev. Thomas A. Apperson officiating. Mr. Jeter, 62, of Fairfax, Va., formerly of Rainelle, W.Va., died July 26, 1987, in Fairfax, after a short illness. Surviving: brother, Allen H. of New York City.
